Processing Times
Orders are processed within1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.
Custom or specialty items may require additional processing time. Any exceptions will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options, with rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
International Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada & The United States Only.
Please note that some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination-specific regulations.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments.
Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging in your email.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your item has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Pick-Up Policy
Thank you for shopping with Retro Boyz! We’re excited to offer a convenient pick-up option for our local customers. Please review our pick-up policy for all the details.
Placing an Order for Pick-Up
During checkout, select the Pick-Up option.
Orders must be prepaid in full before pick-up.
Pick-Up Location and Hours
Pick-ups are available at our store located at:
27 Roytec Rd Unit 1A, L4L 8E3, Woodbridge ONPick-up hours are:
Tuesday to Friday 11am to 6pm & Saturday12pm to 8pmPlease allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be prepared. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up.
Pick-Up Instructions
Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed).
Provide a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.
If someone else is picking up your order, please let us know in advance by emailing us at retroboyzvideo@gmail.com with their name. They will also need to show a photo ID.
Order Hold Policy
Orders will be held for 7 business days after the "Ready for Pick-Up" notification.
If your order is not picked up within this time, it may be canceled, and a restocking fee of 8% may apply.
Missed Pick-Up
If you’re unable to pick up your order within the holding period, please contact us at retroboyzvideo@gmail.com to make alternative arrangements.
