Retro Boyz Collectibles – Pre-Order Purchase Policy

At Retro Boyz Collectibles, we offer pre-orders to give our customers the opportunity to secure highly sought-after items before their official release. By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order Commitment
All pre-orders are considered a commitment to purchase the item once it becomes available. These items are often limited in quantity and ordered specifically based on customer demand.

2. Price Drop Guarantee
We stand behind fair pricing. If the price of your pre-ordered item decreases at any point before its official release date, you will automatically be refunded the difference to your original method of payment.

3. Cancellation Policy
Pre-order cancellations are permitted only if requested at least one (1) month prior to the official release date of the item. Approved cancellations will be subject to an 8% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

4. No Cancellations Within One Month of Release
Cancellations requested within one (1) month of the item’s release date will not be accepted under any circumstances. At this stage, inventory and orders have already been finalized.

5. No Returns or Exchanges
All pre-order purchases are final sale. Once the item has shipped or been received, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items.

6. Release Dates
Please note that release dates are determined by manufacturers and are subject to change. Retro Boyz Collectibles is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

7. Agreement to Terms
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Purchase Policy.
